Not as bad as you would think. If someone isn't quite sure of spelling or url composition, typing in the first few letters will pull up the url, depending upon surfing habits.
ReplyDeleteIf I were going to your blog, without a link, I would type "mold" into my Chrome address bar, which doubles as a google search field and the program will quickly hit on moldyvale.blogspot.com, before I can finish typing the url, because I don't do searches on fungi, etc., very often.
You're too nice and understanding James. Well, moreso than me.
ReplyDeleteI almost instinctively type any web site in the Google search box now even if I know the spelling. It prevents mistyping and going to nefarious sites. I also have AVG which adds the green check marks to indicate a site is safe. I understand what you are saying but there can sometimes be a reason for peoples madness!
